(Yardsellr) Being a People pleaser may not go well with a business :\

As you all probably already know i have a yardsale on Yardsellr.com
WELLLLL... so far i have a total of 16 sales in about a month and a half.. (YAY ME!)

Some of my items I'm reselling, so i get them at whole sale prices and resell for a few extra bucks... thats how that works anyway, i have some items being shipped in from overseas, i do include all these details in my listings because it is crucial to communicate with your customers if you want to be successful in sales.

In my stand point, i am lucky i stand on the other side of a monitor.... I can not stand it when people get upset with me. I try to keep everyone happy and that's NOT always a good thing. :(

I had my first mad customer... she insisted I lied about my shipping policies. I for one know for a fact that she did not read the full listing, and its a pet peeve!!!! SERIOUSLY people have to read FULL listing before purchasing anything, and it makes me mad that I was the one who's accused of anything. I write things to the dot, and communicate very well with my customers thank you!

I was quite upset, thinking maybe i should give her a refund, allthough the product is well underway... I dont get payed for the item I sold until it reaches her anyway! I am so bummed :\

So yardseller is great for shopping, you get free cash so you get items at a great price, sometimes namebrand items....

For sellers, you get no fees, unless you want to get yourself noticed and put on blast by them, but i dont think its a smart investment anyway... Its a hassle to want to edit your items listed, you have to follow a process and if you can not bulk edit!

so many thoughts running through my head, should i just quit selling, should i edit all of my 52 listings? All because some lady made me feel I was a terrible sales person. She said I was unprofessional, she said I was a liar, she said I was never going to get a return customer. So many things...... but why let her bother me so much!!!

I need to realize that I can not please everyone, that not all customers are going to like me or my products. Not all customers may ever return, Some are there only to get me to gift them money for their other purchases stuff like that.. why should I feel any worse!?!?

Its only one customer out of 18 but that one customer could ruin me already :\

So, Another project starting..... Has anyone heard about affiliate marketing? What do you know? is it really worth while? See, i know that it takes time and patience and targeting the right people in your site. There are so many things to advertize! See my blog is about a little bit of everything, product reviews for bzzagent, my own 2cents in everything i do on line, and earning money... so how do i know what products are right for me to advertize? I got my buzz kit in the mail a few days ago.. The new  Smooth N' Shine Keratin Power Hair Tamer Kit.campaign should be a blast to try lol. I was very scared to try something like this on my hair, wondering if it would fry it, or discolor it :P.. HEYYY dont judge me lol, all ladies know how much our locks mean to us, no matter how reassuring the box can be we get scared!


so here it is...

Step 1 Super protein smoothing treatment
Step 2 Neutralizing milk
1 pair of gloves 
Instructions and 
Olive and Tea Tree oil nourishing Deep Recovery Conditioner


three steps to taming your locks it says.. ohhh boy here it goes..


IT WORKS! 


this is how... after completely washing out your hair squeaky clean... u towel dry your hair completely, put on step one ALL OVER hair and comb through to evenly distribute! instructions clearly state NO METAL COMBS!!! I do not know what happens if you do and i DO NOT WANT TO FIND OUT :D so be really careful. leave it for 25 mins, rinse out put on Step 2. leave that for 10 mins,  and rinse WELL.. and do not shampoo. but do i condition? i immagine so :\ the instructions do not say! but i do anyway am afraid not to. 


last step is to style... 


WOW so the pros....... i like how natural it looks, for sure tamed, no frizzes and very few fly aways.... was very easy to do on my own, the conditioner left my hair feeling fantastic too could buy that even if i didnt relax my hair i think it would make it look healthier after so much mistreating with dryer and straightener. It cut the styling time by half no kidding. 




And the Cons.... I do not like the heaviness of the hair. I have thick hair as it is, this just made it feel thicker and really not so smooth in my opinion. 

Keratin is supposed to help make your hair healthy with time, so i may just purchase this again to see if it really does, maybe it will help with the cons after some time!

in the end...  I DO RECOMMEND this good product, it is quick and easy and saves you TONS of money and reduces the many risks that the other relaxers do not.  I suggest you all try it and find out :)
