Dr. Scholl's® For Her High Heel Insoles

HI everyone!!

Today's review is about Dr. Scholl's® For Her High Heel Insoles...

Although I don't have a large shoe wardrobe (but did try these in multiple pairs) I would love to one day own cute heels :\. The package states they are to be used in heels, sandals, etc. that are 2 inches high or more.

First off I should explain my feetsies demographics :P (if there is such thing)

shoe size.. 6.5
foot with... (super) wide
(very) deep Arch
high top of feet (guessing its due to the high arches maybe?)
weak ankles...

So... with this being said.. These are the reasons why I can not/ do not wear heels frequently. I used to have quite the selection before I had my 3 kids... But you slowly get rid of them and just never repurchase :\

              The last picture shows the Insole at closer glance.. that no kidding is how high my arch really is and how far about the bottom of my shoe my foot rests.. So no wonder I have foot problems!

Dr. Scholl's® For Her High Heel Insoles are neither long enough or wide enough to cover the shoe from the heel to where the ball of my foot rests. Reason I figure they made them this way is to disguise them when wearing sandals or open heels.... I experimented with the position of the Insoles to find the perfect spot for my ultimate comfort in my 3 inch heels... I discovered that placing them lower down to where the toes rest will help my arch get more support from the insole itself. That almost eliminated my pain at the balls of my feet where the toes are from wearing heels for a while. I found that the taller the shoes the better you can tell the working difference in comfort.. In the 4 inch heels you ca feel the insole working the most I am guessing because the ruberish insole is really holding your weight back to the heel versus letting your weight slide to the toes... I realized during my experimenting that I no longer have the need to wear 4 inch heels! Getting rid of these no matter how cute they are, there comes an age when it just doesn't look good anymore :\...

Welcome to REALITY!

I don't know exactly how long I was able to stay standing in the heels with the Insoles on, but I do know that these helped a lot more than I figured they would and that I was able to walk more comfortably WAY longer than I would if I wouldn't have had these babies....

Dr. Scholl's® For Her High Heel Insoles have now become my EVERY heel mate... and thanks to these I am no longer holding back from buying cute shoes :D.....

Welllllll,  I received this product complimentary for testing and review purposes from +Influenster  for FREE XD! Even though, I will provide my honest feedback and experience using the item :)

Anyway... back to the Stunning NYC Sparkle Eye Dust shadows.... these babies are marked as super sparkly but have a rather metalic finish than a sparkle when on the eyes...

At first I absolutely loved the sponge wand applicator thing. However, I noticed that dipping into the tube with the applicator put on more product than needed on the wand, which ended up falling all over me,  and everything else during application.. To avoid the mess while doing my other lid I just got one of my makeup brushes and swiped it along the little wand then onto my lid.

The shadow is a rather fine pigment with a metalic finish, but can be toned down to a less glamorous tone if you use a blending brush or eye shadow wand... the texture at a glance was sparkly and silky but once on the sparkles are so fine it looks more metallic and I think that is more glamorous than sparkles for sure!!!

 

This picture is more of the toned down with the blending brush I have... you can see I have a very tiny amount on and yet it looks super!

Olay Fresh Effects, Mi Revisión del Producto

Hola!!! hoy hare mi revision en Español, para todas las mujeres Hispanas y Latinas que les gustaria saver sobre este producto maravilloso!

Como todos saben, a mis 28 años, sufro de acne.... por ahorita todo esta bajo control, no me a dado muchos problemas ultima mente. Tengo un zona T demaciada grasosa, como ben en mi foto de abajo.. les aviso que ninguna de mis fotos han sido alteradas! tengo manchitas y sicatrices de acne, y algunos granitos :P.

 La foto muestra como amanece mi cara grasosa por las mañanas. Aunque mi camara no refleja muy bien como brilla y cuanto mas problema tengo por los cachetes y al rededor de la nariz... Tambien amanesco con la barbilla muy grasosa. 

Ahora para que jusguen ustedes.... les muestro la foto del Despues!

 Les PrometO que no fueron nadita alteradas las fotos, ni ubo uso de makillaje. Las fotos las tome apenitas al amanecer antes de alistarme para empesar mi dia. 

Ahora les platico y les digo mi opinion sobre este producto maravilloso!

Olay Fresh Effects es un producto muy bueno y no porque me lo haigan regalado para revisar y dar mi opinion, sino porque realmente me a alludado bastante... Solo necesitas un poco del producto, es medio pastoso como una mascara en color grisesito... no se si lo noten en esta fotito pero ahi les ba... 

Sin kerer utilice demaciado! probablemente un tercio de lo que me puse en mi mano era lo unico que realmente necesitaba... Al ponerlo me daba masaje en circulitos  como ben aqui...

Si fue demaciado el producto que utilice pero queria que vieran bien como se mira... Pienso yo que es importante dar un masajito a la piel para limpieza profunda.. despues enjuaga y VUALA! 

Queda una piel super lisita y sin nadita de trasos de grasita. La piel me dura asi casi todo el Dia!!!

OLAY Fresh Effects Shine, Shine Go Away! Shine Minimizing Cleanser  ....

Es un producto super, limpia profundo como una mascara, pero es un javon para cara diseñado para uso diario! Su aroma es muy fresco y mantiene la cara completamente fresca todo el dia! Quita impuresas y suciedad, maquillage y todo 2x mejor que cualquier otro producto de limpiesa facial. El producto es hecho co ingredientes muy complacentes! contiene arcilla (clay) y hamamelsis (witch hazel)... estos productos juntos dan un valor muy grande al producto, natural y efectivo pero a la misma ves es delicado en la piel. Realmente se siente mucho mejor la piel despues del primer uso...
 

 Bueno, despues de lavar mi cara claro ke uso tonificador y despues la cremita de Fresh Effects {Shine, Shine Go Away!} Shine Minimizing Cleansers y listo, Un Primer para antes de makillar ayuda muchisisimo igual! El maquillaje me dura unas buenas 6-8 horas sin ponerse muy grasosa mi cara y arruinar mi maquillaje. A todas la muchachas, mujeres, jovensitas, si tienen algun problema con la grasita facial les recomiendo totalmente este producto! :D

Broadway Nails imPRESS Press-on Manicure the- best 10 minute Mani!

I think we have ALL been in the situation where you are somewhere semi or very important and you look at your hands and think 'OH NO, I hope no one notices my hands!'

I dont think I have ever met a girl who goes and gets her nails done and keeps up with the bi-weekly touch ups, seriously....

I being one who avoids the acrilic nails because of damage and failure to keep up with the touch ups..

I had seen these Broadway Nails imPRESS Press-on Manicure in store racks but I thought ya how long could those last!?

So I never really purchased these.. UNTILLLLL

I received these complimentary for testing and review purposes from +Influenster 

First off there are ENDLESS possibilities in creating the perfect mani.. There are pretty french nails to bold colors.. they all look fantastic really....

I wasn't convinced that they'd stay on longer than a day, and always thought they were for younger girls, not grown women who could manage their own nails.

This package comes with 24 individual nails in 12 different sizes.  Each nail is numbered 1-12, so you match the sizes to your hand and pair them up! Just wipe your nails with the prep pad available in the package, which removes any oils and dirt that may be lying on the surface, then peel the clear tabs off of the nails and press them on.




I personally bought and used nail adhesive for longer wear because I fell in love with the ones I received...

You only need to hold them down for about 3 seconds before they are ready to wear.

These nails are formulated with a patented adhesive (no messy glue!) that sticks to your nails but does not do any damage to them, and that is something I worry tons about because my nails are thing as is.


So it was a very EASY and FAST mani that really lasted about a week!! I am a stay at home mommy and wash like 3 batches of dishes a day, and they still lasted well over five days before one of them actually fell off! Its pretty impressive to me because they are stick ons!! I mean COME ON! :P


I am honestly a fan of these now and will continue to use them :) they retail from $6.99 - $9.00 for a quick sexy look!? its pretty impressive I love it!

Alright well..... I received Osis Gelastic Ultra Strong Flexible Gel complimentary for testing and review purposes from +Influenster 

here are my hair facts...

Length of hair is pretty long, below shoulders ad close to mid back... 

Cut of hair is layerd

Type of hair is Kinky waives 

I have dull color due to a lack of keeping up with my hair color! :P lazy much??

  

At first look.. product is very tick and smells great!

Some tips!! have to apply as soon as you pour it out because it dries quickly and could leave thicker parts in sections if not rubbed all over hands quickly n used right after. A little goes a LONG way! don't use too much or you will regret it!

After trying the product I have come to the conclusion that this product is FANTASTIC!! It provides strong hold but flexibility and body at the same time if used correctly..It stays put all day and leaves your hair feeling light not heavy like most gels..  Its great for scrunching and for a quick do when your in a hurry. The gel added shine to my hair and soft waves was what I saw. 

I really really liked the Gel and find it a good investment if you like to take care of your hair. It's available at Ulta for 18 dollars but they have pretty good coupons or sales on the Osis products... so It ends up being not too expensive. 

Another tip.. DO NOT buy these products on EBAY! they are replicas!!! Its a warning.....

Dickinson's Original Witch Hazel Oil - My acne prone skin.. very first video review..

I received a sample of Dickinson's® Original Witch Hazel Oil Controlling Towelettes in my Sugar 'N Spice VoxBox from +Influenster ! I have heard many good things about Witch Hazel, especially for sensitive, acne-prone skin, but never have tried it before.  So i was super excited to get this item to review. So much I did my very first video review... I am very self caunsious when it comes to video reviews and pictures of myself because I have acne and I hate it :(. I am 27 and should be gone by now.. Or at least I hoped it would be gone..... since I was 22 :\

 

About the product... The soothing blend of Witch Hazel and aloe on these facial wipes claims to: refine pores, remove and control oil, soothe irritation, and lock in moisture - while nourishing even the most sensitive skin.  The formula promised to be non-drying, and I needed this to be true! My skin is Acne prone and not a lot of products work without over drying or clogging my pores.

These wipes were gentle enough on my sensitive skin, yet super effective! See all the makeup on the towelette? that's how I know it works!
I truly want to recommend this product  because it is extremely gentle. I have since purchased more of these and hope to try the whole line of Dickinson's Original Witch Hazel Oil products...

I received the new, high-impact formula products in the Colgate® Optic White® Regimen, including the toothbrush, toothpaste, and mouthwash, in my Sugar 'N Spice VoxBox from Influenster.  The new Optic White® formula regimen claims in using the toothpaste, toothbrush, and mouthwash together for five days will give you a Brilliant more whiter smile.. I have tried many many whitening products and I am impressed by a very limited few! So I couldn't wait to try these.


Lets start witht the Colgate^® 360°^® Optic White^® Toothbrush... The brush helps whiten your teeth in two important ways:

                                 remove surface stains for a whiter smile.

And for a better more clean feeling the tongue scraping part in the back of the brush....

The bristles were the perfect medium ones. I don't like them too soft or too tough. I am not sure if that played a role in the whitening of  my own actual teeth. But it worked is all I noticed :D.  The "whitening" cups and "polishing bristles" I think together play an important role. These two combined felt like my whole mouth was really really clean after brushing somehow they really work well together and get the job done quite nicely.

The  Colgate^® 360°^® Optic White^®  Toothpaste  can whiten teeth more than 3 shades*, and you should results in as little as a week! They currently have 3 different flavors in the Optic White^®  Toothpaste: Sparkling Mint, Cool Mild Mint, and Enamel White. +Influenster  gave me the Sparkling Mint flavor to try, which coordinated with the mouthwash. The minty flavor was very very mild and does not taste like your regular toothpastes. It's not unpleasant but I'd prefer a stronger mint hint.

And lastly... New Optic White™ Mouthwash is the perfect complement to Colgate^® Optic White^® (Sparkling Mint) Toothpaste. The solution is alcohol-free, and contains poly-phosphates to prevent future stains. Like the toothpaste the mint is mild. One thing I really really enjoyed was that it does not sting like all mouthwashes available out there. I have a hard time keeping the mouthwas in my mouth because of the terrible sting in my tongue and rest of mouth.  It was very foamy after wards while trying to spit it out seemed more foam was sticking to my teeth that was a bit uncomfortable but it has to do with the whitening process.. Just like when you use whitening strips if you have ever noticed.

I would totally buy this regimen all together again.

My overall rating of this regimen is 5 stars. I have been using it for 5 days now and have seen a great difference in my teeth and no sensitivity like other whitening products.... I love that! I will continue to use the regimen, probably trying a different flavor of the toothpaste once this tube runs out only because I love to try new things :D. The regimen is very affordable (around $2.99 for each), and definitely worth the price tag!

Garnier Fructis Hydra Recharge Review

 
Hi all!!!!

I had posted about wanting a new look for my hair a few posts ago.... here is the link to read about it if you didn't already... I want Ombre Hair color!
quick fill in after that post.. here is what happened.

I was a natural brunette and had out grown a very short bob now had below shoulder length hair and wanted a crazy due... (I had bleached and dyed my hair about a week and a half before the buzz kit arrived) Hair is now black top half of my hair and RED in the bottom half with red streaks on my bangs..

FIRST... I had died my hair first with out bleach and surprise surprise it was not noticeable so here a few days after that dye I had to bleach it and recolored it! I knew i was severely damaging my hair but i had a mind set of what i wanted my hair to look like.. So yep.. I did end up with TONS of frizziness on the bottom half and lots of split/broken ends. I was surprised myself that the combination of these three products really took care of my hair within a week! of course i had to get my ends trimmed but The rest of the hair was FANTASTIC n unbeliavably healthy looking. I was worried that the Red color would fade quicker than usual because the system is not specifically meant for color treated hair but i am surprised to know even 3 weeks into it my red color is still red. So many pros.. works well if you use all three and does really help with rehidrating your hair. It lathers really well and the shampoo is not runny at all! The best one of all was the 1 minute moisture-plenish it really does work wonders in a minute.. I use it only once a week to keep my hair looking healthy :D

I REALLY recomend these products to everyone.. they do work and are made especially with natural ingredients...
